As an immigrant and educator, I know how critical education is for our students and families.

A very special afternoon with my granddaughter. ❤️

Today was her first time learning about this beautiful tradition of Día de los Muertos—a time to celebrate life, give thanks for the people God places in our lives, and honor and remember those we love who have passed on.

It was a beautiful opportunity to share with her the importance of family, love, memories, and the connections that transcend generations.

Some traditions are more than celebrations; they are gifts we pass down. ❤️

Dearest Gentle Reader, a Bridgerton vampire has been spotted in Manassas City. And I must say… quite the handsome creature. 🧛‍♂️😂
(Hehe Marcus for Manassas City School Board understood the assignment!)

Marcelo Maldonado is still the youngest campaign manager in Virginia. After November 3rd, I believe he will also be recognized for something even more important: his ability to lead disciplined, focused, and effective campaigns.

This campaign presented challenges but through it all, Marcelo demonstrated maturity, discipline, and steady leadership, keeping the focus where it belonged: on the candidate, the campaign, and the work ahead.

That is leadership under pressure. And it deserves to be recognized.

Congratulations, Marcelo Maldonado
on a job well done.

Happy Fall, y’all! 🍂🍁
May your days be filled with crisp air, colorful leaves, warm hearts, cozy moments, and plenty of reasons to be grateful.

Wishing everyone a beautiful season! ❤️

No pressure, at all, but you have 26 days to get, cook, and present a turkey to your loved ones!!!
