The purpose of the Henry County Water Authority (HCWA) social media page is to inform and educate the Authority’s customers, stakeholders, and community on its services, activities, planning, and events. While HCWA welcomes the feedback of our community, please be aware that this page is moderated. Please do not report emergencies or outages or request other assistance through our social media page. Instead please call our main line at (770) 957-6659. HCWA may at our discretion remove a posting or comment from our social media page if the posting or comment violates any of the standards outlined below. HCWA may also ban or revoke posting privileges for any individual who egregiously or repeatedly violates our posting standards. By engaging with our social media page, individuals also acknowledge Facebook is a third-party social media platform with its own policies and standards of conduct. HCWA does not control these policies or standards and is not responsible for the actions that Facebook may take if any of their policies or standards are deemed to be violated.
