We're exploring the idea of bringing a big Trunk or Treat to Riverview Front Park in 2027!

We've attended several trunks or treats around the area and often leave feeling disappointed by how small they are compared to the long lines. We'd love to create something with plenty of trunks, lots of candy, food trucks, pumpkin painting, and family fun so everyone has a great experience.

Security updates are underway for Libby and Kanopy. Be sure to read the following post to stay in the know. For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach us at (304)232-9720.

There will soon be a security change when you’re using Libby or Kanopy. Next week you’ll need to use a PIN to complete your log-in. If you made yourself a PIN to keep your reading history or renew books through My Account in our Online Catalog, you would use that PIN. This is the same place where you can create a PIN if you didn’t make one before: https://mlnapp.raleigh.lib.wv.us/patroninfo Call the library at 304-845-6911 for assistance. At the library you can pick up handouts on these changes in Libby. And visit this page for additional information.

Thank you to Mandi and James with the Carnegie Museum of Natural History for bringing their Dinosaur Adventure class to our library. The kids had a dino-mite of a time constructing their own paper mache T-Rex claw. Learning is always more fun when it gets a little messy!
