Nevadans passed Question 6 in 2024, and it has to pass again on Nov. 3 to protect abortion rights in the state constitution. Rep. Susie Lee co-sponsored legislation to block government restrictions on abortion and voted to protect birth control access nationwide. Marty O’Donnell says Nevada voters should decide the state’s abortion policy, yet he opposes the measure that would let that happen. Know where both candidates stand on reproductive rights before you vote.

The Clark County Education Association, which represents teachers in the Clark County School District, endorsed Lombardo in November 2025. Its Strategic Horizons political action committee has spent about $2 million on advertising for his reelection, according to state campaign finance reports. Strategic Horizons has also reported contributing $220,000 to the Republican-associated GSD PAC.
