Big hair, bold colors, gold chains, and some serious retro vibes! 😂 Bethany and I traveled back in time for a Halloween party last weekend, but apparently we couldn't agree on which decade was better!
🕺 Team 70s: Disco balls, funky moves, and a whole lot of swagger.
💃 Team 80s: Big hair, bright colors, and totally tubular style!

🎃👻 A few scares, some unexpected twists, and one VERY happy ending! 🏡🔑

Monica and Ben's journey to the closing table was anything but ordinary!

They fell in love with a home, navigated some pretty significant inspection surprises, and ultimately had to make the tough decision to walk away.

But sometimes a story isn't quite over when you think it is! 😉

With a little patience, some creative problem-solving, plenty of conversations, and a whole lot of determination, we found a way to bring this one back to life! 🧟‍♂️🏡

And just in time for Halloween, Monica and Ben officially have the keys! 🔑🎉

We couldn't resist having a little fun with the SOLD sign. After everything these two went through, they've certainly earned the right to look a little spooked! 😂👻
