The Wisconsin Sideband Net is traditionally on 3.985 MHz Lower Sideband at 5pm daily to handle traffic in to, out of, and within the State of Wisconsin. Due to long band conditions lately, other Nets in other States have created complications. A work around has been to move down to 3.984 MHz and up to Upper Sideband. This allows all three Nets to operate and it works. Of course, the Time Change this weekend will have a different effect.
