We’re so grateful to receive another generous donation of 750 pairs of Bombas socks from United Way of Stanislaus County!

This is the second year United Way has supported the Youth Navigation Center with this much-needed donation. Socks are one of the most requested items at the YNC and are an essential part of helping youth and young adults access the basic necessities they need.

These socks will be available to youth and young adults who visit the YNC, providing a simple but important resource and a little extra comfort when they need it most.

Thank you, United Way of Stanislaus County, for continuing to show up for our youth and support the work we do in our community!

One of our YNC clients, a 19-year-old mother-to-be, is preparing to welcome her baby while living in transitional housing. As her due date approaches, she is in urgent need of essential baby supplies such as diapers, wipes, and other baby necessities especially items in sizes NB, 1, and also larger sizes 2–4 so her baby can continue to grow comfortably.

Any donation or support would make a meaningful difference during this important time.

We were excited to welcome Zac Clark, founder of The HomeMore Project to tour our Youth Navigation Center! During his visit, he had the opportunity to see Hutton House, Pathways, and our Low-Barrier Shelter and learn more about the work happening every day to support youth and young adults in our community.

Zac also interviewed several of our young adults, whose powerful stories will be featured in his upcoming book, The Places We Dream, a statewide project highlighting first-person stories of homelessness across California. We are honored to be part of this important work and look forward to the book’s release! Thank you, Zac, for helping amplify the voices of young people in Stanislaus County.

To learn more about Zac’s work and The HomeMore Project, visit their page and follow their journey as they travel across all 58 counties sharing stories that matter.
