💙 Frank Wagner Elementary 💙

Voting YES on Monroe’s Capital Projects Levy would secure funding for projects at schools and facilities districtwide.

At Frank Wagner Elementary, the levy would fund lighting updates to energy-efficient LED lighting, stage drapery replacement due to the current ones not meeting fire code, and the addition of a new gym.

Every Frank Wagner student deserves space to move, play, and learn on their own campus. The school’s original gym, built in 1989, cannot accommodate all daily P.E. classes, so students also currently rely on the neighboring Wagner Center gym. When Wagner Center is updated to house Sky Valley Education Center, that gym will no longer be available for Frank Wagner’s daily use.
Adding a 4,500-square-foot gym at Frank Wagner Elementary would address this need, bringing all P.E. classes onto campus and creating additional space for community use outside school hours. This is a practical investment in our students’ health, our school’s needs, and a space our whole community can benefit from.

💛 Estimated total for projects at Frank Wagner: $6,637,500

❤️ Total estimated cost of ALL projects districtwide: $49,130,924
