🎉🏆 CELEBRATING OUR STUDENTS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS! 🏆🎉

The South Conway County School District is proud to celebrate Morrilton Intermediate School for being part of the team recognized with the 2026 Community Project of the Year Award by the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce!

The award-winning project, "Picture America: Celebrating America's 250th Birthday via Post Office Murals," brought together students, educators, the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), and community partners to celebrate our nation's history and heritage.

Congratulations to Mr. Blake Reeves, Principal Chandra Egger, Dr. Aida Kuettle, and the students and staff of Morrilton Intermediate School for their contributions to this outstanding community project!

❤️ This is part of being an ENVIRONMENT OF EXCELLENCE! When schools, universities, and community partners work together toward a shared purpose, we create meaningful opportunities for students to learn, grow, collaborate, and accomplish more than they ever thought possible.

This project represents more than beautiful murals. It represents the power of partnerships, the importance of community pride, and the incredible things that happen when we work together for the benefit of our students and community.

Thank you to UCA and all the individuals and community partners who helped make this project possible!

We are proud that our students and staff had the opportunity to contribute to something so meaningful while celebrating America's 250th birthday!

🐾❤️ Together, we are building an environment of excellence and becoming a BEACON OF HOPE for our community!
