🎃Happy Halloween 👻

🎃 Ghosts, goblins, and superheroes will be out tonight, Mount Pleasant! 👻

Citywide trick-or-treating runs from 5pm - 7pm. Please slow down in neighborhoods, keep an eye out for kids crossing between parked cars, and flip on your porch light if you’re handing out treats.

Parents, help your trick-or-treaters stay visible with flashlights or reflective gear, and check candy before it gets eaten.

And don’t forget to set your clocks back an hour before bed. Daylight Saving Time ends tonight! ⏰

Have a safe and happy Halloween! 🍬

📣 Have you heard? WINFIELD AVENUE IS OPEN! 🎉

Join us this Friday, October 23 at noon as we celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony!

The Winfield Avenue Street Improvement Project brings a smoother, safer road and a brand-new bike path for cyclists and pedestrians. The project was made possible through a partnership between the City of Mount Pleasant, Henry County, and a Surface Transportation Program (STP) grant.

📍 We’ll gather at the intersection of N. Broadway & Winfield Ave.
🚗 Parking is available at Public Works on the west side of N. Broadway.

Thank you to everyone along Winfield for your patience during construction. We hope to see you there!
