🎃👻 **HAPPY HALLOWEEN FROM THE POWER OF WE!** 👻🎃
It's time for costumes, candy, and a whole lot of spooky fun! 🍬🦇
As our Colonial School District families head out for a night of trick-or-treating, we want to share a few tips to help keep all our little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, and princesses safe!
🍬 **Stick Together!** Young children should always trick-or-treat with a trusted adult. Older kids should travel in groups.
🔦 **Be Seen!** Carry flashlights, use glow sticks, or add reflective tape to costumes and candy bags.
🚦 **Watch for Traffic!** Use sidewalks and crosswalks, look both ways, and never assume drivers can see you.
🏠 **Stick to Well-Lit Homes!** Only visit homes with porch lights on, and never enter a stranger's house.
🍭 **Check That Candy!** Parents and guardians should inspect treats before the candy feast begins!
📱 **Heads Up, Phones Down!** Stay alert and pay attention to your surroundings while walking.
🚗 **Drivers, Slow Down!** Watch carefully for excited trick-or-treaters, especially in neighborhoods and at intersections.
🧡 **Most Importantly... HAVE FUN!**
Whether you're collecting candy, handing out treats, or enjoying a spooky night at home, we wish our entire Colonial family a **SAFE, HAPPY, and BOO-TIFUL HALLOWEEN!** 🎃
Stay spooky, Colonials! 👻🖤❤️
