J. C. Juvenile was charged with 10 counts of 2nd degree robbery and felony theft, all on video, case was tossed by Greg Thompson from the DAs office. Dumped the cases because he claimed he had no confidence in the Orleans judges....
And would instead allow the Jefferson parish courts to handle him and others.... we'll the Jefferson parish judge decided he did north want to ruin Mr. Curtis life... so he dismissed the case as well!

Well, NOPD is now looking for him again! And he is still on a juvenile electronic monitoring device installed by, you guessed it, Orleans juvenile court.

Act 746 from 2024 made it a law that all violations must be reported! Yet here we are, with the city of New Orleans ignoring the law.

I shut ASAP down because I said electronic monitoring in Orleans Parish is not safe! When judges are the reason individuals are on crime sprees then the judges are who should be delt with!

If juvenile court was required to use the Emap system they would NEVER be able to hide the truth this way.

Months after leaving the Orleans Parish Criminal justice system I am still receiving regular calls from Orleans law enforcement agents who are desperate for answers!

Taltrax and Helena Moreno should answer for this $4,000,000.00 boondoggle.

Just last May we witnessed a carjacking crime spree that was allowed to happen when Judge Davillere refused to do her job!

When will this end?

We will push legislation that requires the use of EMAP oversight software!
Only then will this end!

Let's get Mr. C. off of the streets before our "leaders" cause another death!

We are a strong supporter of the bail agent and bail industry.
Just like we are a strong supporter of electronic monitoring as an alternative to incarceration.

We are not a supporter of out of state insurance companies or electronic monitoring manufacturers having influence in our state capital.
Their mission is not our community nor its safety.
Their only care in the world is profits and losses.

We are not against capitalism nor making money.
We are against the predatory nature of the way electronic monitoring manufacturers and out of state insurance companies make money off of the backs of local companies and agents who take all of the risk and do all of the hard work protecting both our communities safety and the rights of the accused.

We are not against the manufacturer nor the insurance companies. We are against the smoke and mirrors that keep our community in the dark.

A truly accountable solution is available.
And we will work to make it law.

I disagree.
He knows exactly what he is doing. Which is the problem. And he is not the only judge.

Electronic monitoring in Orleans Parish is dangerous because of the judges.
Our eMAP compliance software should be mandated for all providers of electronic monitoring and until this happens, the judges in Orleans parish will remain the problem.

Nicholas Miorana will spend the rest of his life in jail.
Ms. Webber will be dead forever, and this judge wants to be reelected!.
