I’m so happy to share the newly renovated playground at Bridgeport Memorial Park! Visit Bridgeport PA held a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday and the community came out and celebrated the newly designed space!

The playground features some new equipment and a paved path surrounding the play area perfect for getting some walks in while you watch your children play. The paths are also wheelchair, stroller and bike friendly so make it a day of play and bring the family out to Bridgeport Memorial Park!

A Philadelphia Flyers game at Xfinity Mobile Arena is one of my favorite sporting events to attend. From the food to the fans and I can’t forget Gritty, our family loves these kind of nights.

The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire has become an annual activity for our family. It combines entertainment, food and shopping in a family-friendly way that is unlike no other. Whether you dress up or dress down, this Faire takes you back in time and if you’re lucky you’ll catch a glimpse of the Queen while you’re there.

📅 This event runs mid August through October
While this particular Faire is over, they also have a winter wonderland theme on sale now, Yuletide at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire

The family friendly aspects include rides, lots of games, interactive characters, meet a unicorn and so much more

There’s plenty of food 🥨 to try from giant pretzels and turkey legs to scotch eggs and everything in between

They also have a full schedule 🎭 of shows and entertainment throughout the day so there is always something happening as you walk the shire grounds.

⭐️ Some tips

• Being cash - they do have an exchange inside but n most if not all food and shopping vendors are cash only

• Come early, parking fills up fast but is free

• Get your tickets EARLY because they sell out every year

The place that taught Emma everything she knows on swimming, water safety and that she can accomplish hard things. Thank you Goldfish Swim School - Oaks if you have ever wanted to know do they learn how to swim? Yes, they do! We took group lessons and in the 30 minute weekly class she graduated being able to swim, tread and float. If you have any questions about our experience let me know in the comments.
