When the tire leaves the conversation...

It most likely blew out or began separating before shredding apart as the truck continued down the road. Definitely didn’t make a clean exit.

Drivers, stay alert, check your mirrors, and pay attention to unusual sounds, vibrations, or changes any changes in handling. Tire trouble can develop between inspections, so don’t ignore the warning signs.

A trailer was found with a crack at a sliding suspension locking pin hole in an area of previous weld repairs. Inadequate repairs can compromise structural integrity. Inspect for cracks before failure occurs.
