We’re inviting all AFC members and staff to get into the Halloween spirit and wear your favorite costumes to the gym! 🎃 Whether you’re going spooky, funny, or creative, we can’t wait to see what you come up with!

💪 Planning to work out? Remember to bring a change of clothes that’s safe for exercise, or make sure your costume follows AFC’s gym clothing guidelines and allows you to work out safely.

💗 Thank you for making our Party in Pink a huge success! 💗

Today, AFC turned pink, and our members showed up in a big way! Thank you to everyone who came out to wear pink, join our Group Fitness class, and help bring awareness to Breast Cancer while supporting Susan G. Komen's mission. The turnout and energy were incredible, and it reminded us what a strong community we have.

☕ Big news, AFC family! We're excited to welcome Bombers Beyond Cafe as our newest monthly pop-up! 🎉

Bombers Beyond is a local cafe run by the Sayreville Board of Education, employing students ages 18-21, and now they'll be setting up shop right here at AFC once a month!

📍 They're here TODAY until 10am, stop by and grab a bite, say hi, and support a great cause while you're at it!

Keep an eye out for our monthly schedule so you never miss their next visit. 💪☕

🎉 What a great day at the 1st Annual Hispanic Heritage Day (Latin Day)! We were so happy to be part of the celebration, meeting so many wonderful members of our community and soaking in the incredible entertainment. Thank you to everyone who made it such a special event.
