Serving Phelan and Piñon Hills with water, parks, recreation, solid waste and street lighting.

PPHCSD is an independent Special District providing water, parks and recreation, street lighting, and solid waste to the unincorporated communities of Phelan and Pinon Hills. While the facilities date prior to 1965, the County of San Bernardino Special Districts operated CSA 70 Zone L, CSA 9, and CSA 56 up until July 1, 2008, when PPHCSD assumed those responsibilities.

Art Explorers is all about looking closer, trying new things, getting creative, and seeing where imagination takes them. Each week gives young artists a chance to create, discover, and imagine through hands-on art experiences.

🏢 **A New Place to Serve You!**

Big things are taking shape in Phelan!

We're getting ready to welcome you to our new Civic Center — and it's more than just a new home for District offices!

The new facility will bring together three important community functions:

💧 **Customer Service and District Meetings** – A new location for District operations and customer assistance as well as for District meetings.

🚨 **Emergency Operations Center** – Dedicated space to coordinate emergency response efforts.

🌿 **Community Center** – Space for community programs, activities, and gatherings.

📍 **We're not moving just yet!** Our current office remains open, and we'll announce the official move date as soon as it's confirmed.

Over the coming months, we'll be sharing more about the new Civic Center, what it offers, and everything you need to know before the move.

Bring a friend, bring a neighbor, and come spend an hour getting better prepared.

Because when it comes to wildfire safety, preparedness is something we can all do together.
