The UA's Physician Assistant Program has officially achieved accreditation.

This milestone reflects years of collaboration, innovation, and dedication from faculty, staff, institutional leaders, clinical partners, and community supporters committed to improving healthcare access across Arizona.

Housed within the Zuckerman College of Public Health and the School of Health Professions, the program was built with a mission-centered focus on preparing future Physician Assistants (PAs) to serve communities through compassionate, high-quality, team-based care — with particular emphasis on primary care, rural health, and underserved populations.

We are incredibly proud of the team who helped bring this vision to life and excited to begin preparing the next generation of healthcare leaders!
