🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🎉 TODAY IS THE DAY! THE 38TH ANNUAL PINE BUSH AMBULANCE 5K! 🚑❤️

⏰ The countdown is on! Just 2 hours until race time!

We all got an extra hour of sleep thanks to turning those clocks back, so come out and join us! 😂 Whether you're running, walking, cheering from the sidelines, or just stopping by to show your support, we'd love to see you!

🚨 A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO OUR COMMUNITY:

As our runners make their way through Pine Bush this morning, please use extra caution while driving. Some local roads will have runners on them, and signs will be posted along the race route.

🚗 Please slow down, stay alert, and help us keep everyone safe! A little extra patience goes a long way!

🎃👻 WHAT A SPOOKTACULAR DAY! 🚑🍬

Pine Bush Area Ambulance Corps had an absolute BLAST attending not one, but TWO fantastic Trunk or Treat events!

Our members and staff were out spreading Halloween cheer at both the Orange County Emergency Management Trunk or Treat and Verkeerderkill Park in Pine Bush!

WOW! What an incredible turnout! So many amazing costumes, smiling faces, excited kids, and enough candy to keep dentists busy until next Halloween! 🍭🤣

It was wonderful seeing so many familiar faces, old colleagues, friends, and neighbors! Events like these remind us just how amazing the communities we serve truly are.

A HUGE thank you to Orange County Emergency Management and everyone involved in organizing both events! You knocked it out of the park!

And a special shoutout to our PBAC members and staff who gave their time to attend both locations, hand out candy, share some laughs, and represent our agency! You are what makes this organization special!

Two locations, hundreds of smiles, countless costumes, and one incredible community! 🎃🚑

❤️Sometimes, it's the little things that mean the most.

Today, we received a wonderful surprise at our station, along with some incredibly kind words of appreciation for two of our crew members.

And while we certainly appreciate the Dunkin' ☕🍩, it wasn't the coffee or donuts that meant the most. It was the heartfelt message that came with them.

The kindness, compassion, and genuine care you show others may seem like just another part of your day, but to someone else, it can mean the world.

In EMS, we don't always get to see the difference we make or hear how much our efforts are appreciated. Every once in a while, though, someone reminds us that what we do truly matters.

To the thoughtful individual who took the time to brighten our day, thank you. Your generosity and kind words are sincerely appreciated.

Katie and Alicia, thank you for representing the Pine Bush Ambulance with the compassion, professionalism, and heart that our community deserves.
