We are aging well in the Adirondacks with programs and activities for physical fitness, continued learning, social interactions and giving back to our community.

Thank you to all who joined us for our Community Health Fair yesterday! We had a wonderful afternoon welcoming 32 community organizations to QSC to share valuable information, resources, and services with our members and the greater community.

We’re so grateful to all of our vendors, community partners, and everyone who came out to connect and learn. A special thank you to our generous event sponsors for helping make this event possible: Home of the Good Shepherd, CDPHP, Glens Falls Hospital, Southern Adirondack Independent Living - SAIL, Lower Adirondack Pride, and Neighbors NY.

Sharing a few photos from last year's Health Fair as we gear up for our 2026 Community Health Fair tomorrow! Join us on Tuesday, October 27, from 1:00–4:00 PM at QSC to explore resources on senior housing, Medicare options for 2027, elder law, transportation services, and many other programs and services available to older adults in our community.

With over 30 participating organizations, there will be plenty of opportunities to gather information, ask questions, and learn about services available in our community.

We recently enjoyed another afternoon filled with smiles, wagging tails, and plenty of puppy love at Dogs and Donuts! We always love spending time with our wonderful therapy dog teams, and we’re so grateful to the volunteers who share their time and their pups with us ❤️

A big thank you to our friends at Southern Adirondack Independent Southern Adirondack Independent Living - SAIL and the Warren County Office of Emergency Services for partnering with us on this important Emergency Preparedness session last week!

We were happy to welcome 50 community members to learn more about being prepared for an emergency and the resources available to older adults and people with disabilities. Thank you for helping us keep our community informed, prepared, and connected!

Fall is nearly here, and what better way to celebrate the season than a C***r Donut Social! We had a fabulous afternoon with delicious donuts and c***r, good friends, and some fantastic music thanks to the Ukulele Orchestra of The Senior Center of The Kingsbury and Fort Edward Area, Inc.!
