Where to start? We made a big move this summer. We are getting re-established in Linn County. The cows are loving it here and so are we. We miss a few people and growing pains are not fun BUT all is well! Thank you for your check-ins and calls/txts, they are motivating us to continue serving you clean, quality protein. We will continue processing at Crystal Creek Meats in Roseburg. We are currently researching, interviewing butchers here and hope to have additional butcher dates to you soon.

For now, available for reservation below, is July 2nd, 2027 at Crystal Creek in Roseburg. We will set the price per pound on the hanging weight after January 1st, 2027. As always, we appreciate payment in checks if you are able.

Below is our first pasture we have fenced. The orchard. We are expecting our first few calves any day. God blessed us with a beautiful spot and we are working hard daily to be fruitful for Him and you all.

• We will send your hanging weight and final invoice via email early next week.
• We send customer orders to Crystal Creek so they have your info
• From there, you can call Crystal Creek to give your cut instructions (next week)
• Your order will take 3-4 weeks to process & payment for processing will be to Crystal Creek, Roseburg at time of pick up.

Friends, neighbors & customers -
This summer we are transitioning to our new farm outside of Stayton, OR. A new chapter for our family after much consideration. *This does not change any upcoming orders* We will continue to harvest bulk beef at Crystal Creek, Roseburg into 2027 and now near Stayton (Butcher TBD).
We cannot express our gratitude enough to those here in Douglas County that have built us personally and professionally these last 10 years. For those new to us in the Willamette Valley, we can’t wait to serve more of you. More info to come as we have it. In the meantime we will be packing/unpacking, in the garden and building fence, a lot of fence 🙂 Thank you!
