Rowland Water District originally provided water service to 200 local ranchers and farmers. The District was formed in 1953 and provides potable and recycled water for approximately 55,000 people through 13,500 service connections in portions of Rowland Heights, Hacienda Heights, La Puente and the cities of Industry and West Covina.

🎉This past Saturday Rowland Water District proudly participated in the 53rd Annual Buckboard Days Parade, and our float took home 1st place! 🥇

The Buckboard Days Parade & Festival is a tradition our staff and their families look forward to every year, and we loved celebrating alongside our community. After the parade, we kept the fun going at the festival, where our booth had a nonstop line! It was a great opportunity to connect with our neighbors, share helpful information, and enjoy the day together. 💙

🌎 Safety in Action at RWD! 💧

Rowland Water District participated in the Great ShakeOut today at 10:15 a.m.! Staff took part in an earthquake simulation, putting emergency protocols into action and practicing how to respond during a real-life scenario. 🚨

✅At RWD, safety is always a top priority. Regular training and preparedness exercises help ensure our team is ready to respond when it matters most and while continuing to serve and protect our community.
