Mr. Tony’s story has touch so many lives and continues to impact the lives of farmers across our area and even further. As a result of the needs that were identified following this accident, the Logan County Extension Service was given the opportunity to be a part of the creation of the Grain Bin Rescue Trailer and help spread awareness and education on the importance of farm safety. This trailer was designed to help minimize the time it takes to rescue a victim in an entrapment situation with hopes of raising the number of survivors. Laura Powers, Area Farm Management Specialist, will go over topics of understanding the different Types of Income Taxes, Employee vs. Contracted Labor, Tax Planning, 2026 Tax Updates and Gifts vs. Inheritance of Assets.
