The American Water Customer Service Center will be closed on Monday, May 25, and will only accept emergency calls. Regular customer service support will resume on Tuesday, May 26, at 7:00 a.m. local time. Last week, California American Water renewed its commitment to the Water Forum Agreement through 2050. Water Forum is a regional partnership that guides water management, environmental protection, and climate resilience for the American River and the Sacramento area.
