Safety Saturday Tip! 🌞

Spending time on the water this summer? Don’t underestimate the sun. Reflection from the water can increase sun exposure and lead to burns faster than you think, even on cloudy days.

Apply waterproof sunscreen before heading out, reapply throughout the day, and don’t forget easy-to-miss spots like ears, necks, and the tops of your feet. A little preparation keeps the focus on fun, not sunburns. ☀️🌊

🇺🇸 This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

As Scouts and citizens, we reflect on the meaning of service, sacrifice, and gratitudeand remember those who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy today.

If you have a few hours this coming Thursday, Friday, or Saturday please come to MSR to help with final preparations for summer camp. We would be grateful for any help you can contribute. Please fill out the RSVP so that we can plan accordingly.
