We all have triggers. Certain people, places, situations, or even emotions can bring up feelings that are difficult to manage. But learning to recognize those triggers and finding healthy ways to cope can make a big difference.

Tonight at Recovery Wellness, we're focusing on Triggers & Coping Skills!

Recovery isn't about avoiding every difficult situation or emotion. It's about learning how to navigate those moments in healthier ways, one step at a time.

Recovery Wellness is a supportive space for anyone working through recovery related to substance use, mental health, trauma, life challenges, and more. You don't have to be at any certain point in your journey to join us.

Come as you are. Join the conversation. 💚

Every tattoo tells a story. But your past doesn't have to define your future.

For some, tattoos represent memories, experiences, or chapters of life they've moved beyond. And sometimes, moving forward means wanting to leave those reminders behind.

At Dismas House of Indiana, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, change, and write their next chapter.

Through our tattoo scholarship opportunities, we're helping individuals take another step toward the future they envision for themselves.

What does it really take to come home?

For someone returning home after incarceration, reentry can mean trying to manage employment, housing, transportation, supervision, family responsibilities, and so much more, all at the same time.

On Saturday, November 21, we invite you to experience just a small glimpse of those challenges through our Reentry Simulator.

During one afternoon, participants will navigate four simulated weeks of reentry and face some of the difficult decisions that individuals returning home are asked to make every day.

But the conversation doesn’t stop with the simulation.

You’ll also have the opportunity to hear directly from people who have experienced reentry themselves and learn more about what coming home can really look like in our community.

📅 Saturday, November 21
⏰ 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
📍 South Bend City Church
226 N. Lafayette Blvd., South Bend

Lunch will be provided.

Registration is now open!
