🦃 FREE THANKSGIVING DINNER DELIVERY FOR ELDERS IN NEED 🦃
Spending Thanksgiving alone? We are happy to share a special opportunity for older adults in need!
The Knights of Columbus Council #4044 in Fairview (Chicopee), with assistance from Access Care Partners’ Nutrition Program, will be providing FREE Thanksgiving meals to elders in need who are homebound and alone on Thanksgiving Day.
Who Is Eligible?
This meal opportunity is available to elders who:
Are in need of a meal.
Will be alone on Thanksgiving Day.
Are unable to leave their homes.
Live within the Access Care Partners catchment area, which includes: Holyoke, Chicopee, Granby, South Hadley, Ludlow, Belchertown, and Ware.
🍽️ What's on the Menu?
Roast turkey with stuffing and gravy
Cranberry sauce
Mashed potatoes
Butternut squash
Rolls and butter
Cookies
Meal Delivery:
📅 Thursday, November 26, 2026 (Thanksgiving Day)
🕗 Between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
How to Request a Meal:
Individuals interested in receiving a meal must complete and sign the Thanksgiving dinner request form. Signing the form indicates a request for a meal and permission for a Knights of Columbus volunteer to deliver it to their home.
