This week, our students enjoyed a day of fun during their Field Day activities, thanks to !

Monday, grades 3-5 went to and had a blast rotating through different sports, ending their day off with lunch from !

Friday, grades K-2 cycled between activities set up in our schoolyard!

To celebrate Earth Day on April 22, our science teachers Mrs. Oliveri and Mrs. Spagnuolo held a STEM night for our students, filled with science fun! 🌎🧪

Happy Lunar New Year!!

Last night, our students and their families joined the PS52 staff in welcoming the Year of the Horse and celebrating the Lunar New Year!

Schools will be open tomorrow, February 24th!!

Enjoy a full snow day tomorrow and stay warm! ❄️☃️

Students also received a visit from the NYC Parks Department and SI Borough President Vito Fossella to collaborate with our student council to plan and brainstorm ideas to reconstruct our Dongan Playground Multipurpose Play Area!

Today, PS52 students celebrated World Read Aloud Day! First Deputy Chancellor Isabel DiMola and District 31 Representative Roseann Harris joined them as our 5th grade students read the book “I Am Enough” to the lower grades, promoting themes like self-love and self-acceptance, encouraging our students to be the best versions of themselves!

PS52 will be CLOSED Monday, 1/26, and students will pivot to online learning. Stay warm!

Our students enjoyed a family engagement activity from today! Each student got to make their own bear, customize it with a heart, and enjoy a sing-a-long with our Music Teacher Mr. Savage!
