Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Great Pumpkin Festival at Boothe Memorial Park on Saturday!

Giant carved pumpkins. A costume parade with fairies, a prize-winning plague doctor, a whole family of fidget toys, and one very happy dog dressed as a banana. The park's museums were open, with reenactors bringing David Boothe and his mother, Betsey, to life in the Homestead, and the forge lit in the Blacksmith Shop.

Thank you to Celebrate Stratford and the Town of Stratford, the Boothe Park Commission, Comcast, and every carver, parade family, vendor, and volunteer who made the day. Photos by Rod Jovanelly, A Touch of Color Photography.

Next at the park: Holiday at the Homestead, December 11–14.
