CASA for Children strives to provide hope, healing, and justice by advocating for abused and neglected children in the child welfare system.

Northeast Texas CASA, Inc. is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to abused and neglected children through CASA for Children and The Texarkana Children's Advocacy Center. provides the services to 12 counties in Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas as appointed by presiding judges.

The Women of Hope & Courage are collecting $25 gift cards and monetary donations to help ensure every child receives something special this holiday season. We have until December 1 to complete our goal of 200 gift cards!

According to the Texas Advocacy Project, 1 in 3 Texans will experience domestic violence in their lifetime. ❤️‍🩹 Behind that number are children living with its impact. CASA volunteers stand beside these children – advocating for their safety and supporting healing.

Without CASA Texarkana, Sierra would not be able to voice her concerns or have a trusted adult in her corner while she navigates the foster care system. With the support of the adults working toward her future, Sierra eventually moved toward a safe, permanent home where she could begin to heal and build new memories.
