It’s almost time to ROCK THE FOX TROT! 🎸🦊🏃

📅 Friday, September 25

Our Foxes will run, walk, trot, and skip their way around the course while helping support our little school!

🎯 School-wide fundraising goal: $18,000

Fox Trot is one of those special MITCH traditions that brings students, staff, families, and our community together, and we can’t wait to see everyone out there! ❤️

Want to help?

Families can join their student on the course, volunteer at the event, or support our Fox Trot fundraiser.

Let’s ROCK, Foxes! 🤘🦊

Sometimes the best learning starts with:

“What happens if we try this?” 🔬💡

At MITCH, students have opportunities to learn alongside one another, experimenting, problem-solving, asking questions, and sharing ideas.

Hands-on learning naturally extends what happens in the classroom and creates opportunities for deeper learning, collaboration, and discovery.

And in our small classes, every Fox has room to participate, contribute, and be heard. 🦊❤️

MITCH is more than a school, it’s a community. ❤️🦊

Our families and volunteers show up in so many ways like helping at lunch and recess, supporting car line, caring for our campus, joining the PSO, and simply being present for our students.

Those connections make a difference.

Thank you to everyone who helps make MITCH a place where students, families, and staff feel like they belong. 🫶

🦊 Back at MITCH!

What a way to start the year! 🦊❤️

Our Foxes are back in the building, learning, creating, reconnecting with friends, and getting ready for another year of growing together.

These are a few of our favorite moments from last school year, a little reminder of what makes MITCH so special.

With small class sizes, students have opportunities to be seen, heard, and connected while building meaningful relationships with their teachers and classmates.

We can’t wait to make even more memories together this year! ✨

🤫 The teachers had a secret.

Before school ended, our staff participated in a surprise spirit week and students spent each day trying to guess the theme.

The laughter, creativity, and excitement reminded us that learning communities thrive when joy is part of the culture.

School should be a place where both students and adults love to show up. 💛

🦦 3rd–5th learned about saving sea otters
⚙️ 4th grade explored force and motion

This is what learning looks like at MITCH, hands-on, meaningful, and fun!
