🎃🚣‍♂️ We came. We paddled. We got squashed! 😂

We had an absolute blast at yesterday’s West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta! While our longtime rivals at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue (TVF&R) may have taken the win this year, we’re already plotting our pumpkin-powered comeback! 🚒👮‍♂️

It was a great race, an even better day, and a whole lot of fun with our community!

Until next year, TVF&R… this rivalry isn’t over! 🎃🏆

🎓 Congratulations to Officer Brandon Morris on graduating from the Oregon DPSST Basic Police Academy today!

This is an important milestone in his law enforcement career, and we’re proud to have him as part of the Tualatin Police Department team.

We look forward to Brandon’s continued growth and future contributions as he serves our community and helps keep Tualatin safe.

Traffic delays expected on Monday (9/21) on Boones Ferry Rd and Sagert St for an emergency repair by PGE. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and the signal will be flashing.

Safely dispose of expired, unused, or unwanted medications at our Prescription Drug Take Back event!

The paddlers have been chosen from the Pumpkin Paddling Quest! Those brave souls along with paddlers from the Pacific Giant Vegetable Growers, sponsors, Tualatin Police, and Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue will be battling for glory at the West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta on October 18. Repairs to the water line are completed and the conserve water notice is now lifted.

Mark your calendars! The West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta returns on Sunday, October 18, at the Lake of the Commons. This free, Tualatin event was named one of National Geographic's '7 Best Fall Festivals in the US'. Don't miss the fun!

Tualatin Police will be conducting a safety enforcement blitz, August 24 through September 6. The project will focus on proper seat belt and child passenger safety restraint use day and night.
