Did you know adults in Hawaiʻi have the highest rate of insufficient sleep in the nation?

The Hawaii State Department of Health reminds drivers to prioritize sleep, stick to a regular schedule, limit screen time before bed, and never drive while fatigued. Families can play an important role in helping each other make sleep a priority.
