We've been having so much fun this past month during our daily PBIS morning meeting! We had class reunions and a chance to meet up with our teachers from last year, everyone weighed in with Halloween costume suggestions for Mr. Larson, and Dr. Cindy Drost joined us for Wellness Wednesday this week for a timely message on dental hygiene and a lesson on proper brushing.

We’re excited to bring back the Halloween fun this year! We'll be handing out treats, crayons, and coloring books—it’s the perfect way to add a little creativity to the evening’s festivities! Ms. Wensloff's 7th grade students enjoyed using microscopes for the first time to identify invertebrates in the Warroad River.

Mrs. Andersen's Outdoor Science class spent three days at the school forest during last week's beautiful fall weather learning about using a compass and orienteering and some of the skills and tools used on the job in forestry.

Thanks to the DNR forestry for working with our Warroad students.

🎤 Mark your calendars! Thomas X, Ojibwe Hip Hop Artist, is coming back to Warroad Schools!

After such a great response from students last year, we’re excited to welcome him back for another exciting performance in honor of Native American Heritage Month!

There will be two performances, organized similarly to last month’s dance group visit:

8:15 AM – Younger grades

10:00 AM – Older grades

Location: High School Gym

We’re looking forward to another fun and meaningful experience for our students as we celebrate Native American culture through music and performance!

Good morning!
Just a reminder, tonight's home playoff game versus Frazee is at 6pm. This is a Section 8AA game and no family passes will be accepted and students will need to pay.

Also, the Warrior volleyball team will be on the road to Perham tomorrow. Game time is 6pm. This is a Section 8AA and no passes will be accepted as well.
