🚢 October Traffic Snapshot
Nearly 29.5 million tonnes of cargo moved through the St. Lawrence Seaway by the end of October, an increase of 2.9% compared with the same period last year.

These results highlight the Seaway's continued role in connecting markets, supporting trade and keeping goods moving across the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence trade corridor.

📣 This week, Administrator McCoshen visited GLS Operations in Massena, New York, where he connected with employees, visited the Seaway Visitor Center at Eisenhower Lock, and toured the future site of GLS’s new administration building, which will be located adjacent to the Center.

🏗️ Once complete, the new building will bring GLS employees together on one campus—fostering collaboration and supporting operational excellence.

🌊💪🚢 Strong facilities, dedicated people, and teamwork keep the Seaway moving and support the industries and communities that rely on this vital transportation route.
