PRESS RELEASE
On October 20th, 2026, Parker County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call for service in southern Parker County in reference to a possible shooting incident. Sheriff Russ Authier said a review of dispatch records indicated the initial call came in at 8:15AM, and the first Deputy arrived on scene within seven minutes. Sheriff Authier praised the rapid response of both Telecommunicators and Deputies.
Sergeant Shane Cartwright, Public Information Officer for the Parker County Sheriff’s Office explained that upon arrival, Sheriff’s Deputies quickly located two victims, each suffering from apparent gunshot injuries. Both victims were treated on scene by EMS and transported to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth for medical treatment. Early in the investigation it was revealed that Ozzy Isidro Fierros, 22 years old, was the sole suspect responsible for the shooting. It was learned that an argument between Fierros and one of the victims prompted Fierros to fire a single shot which struck the first victim, passed through the first victim, before striking and lodging in the second victim. Fierros then fled the scene on foot. Investigators quickly established a perimeter and began tracking Fierros. The Parker County Hospital District and the Parker County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office deployed drones and drone pilots to assist in the manhunt. Texas Parks and Wildlife deployed a K9 tracking dog into the search area, which led investigators to a fi***rm believed to have been used by Fierros, which he either dropped, or discarded in the woods while fleeing. Once Investigators exhausted search efforts and determined Fierros was no longer in the immediate search area, a tip from the public was received indicating Fierros was in Weatherford. Law enforcement personnel located Fierros at a business near Hwy 51 and FM 920, at which time he was taken into custody without incident. During an interview with Fierros, he provided a full confession to Investigators. Fierros has currently been charged with Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon-Causing Serious Bodily Injury-Family Member, 1st Degree Felony and Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon-Causing Serious Bodily Injury, 2nd Degree Felony. Kelly Green, Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 set bonds on Fierros totaling one million ($1,000,000.00) dollars. Fierros was booked into the Parker County Jail, where he currently is awaiting additional charges. Sheriff Authier would like to thank the Texas Rangers, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Texas DPS Highway Patrol and Criminal Investigations Division, Parker County Hospital District EMS, Parker County Precinct 3 Constables Office, and the Weatherford Police Department for their assistance during this investigation.

PRESS RELEASE
On October 1st, 2026, Investigators with the Parker County Sheriff’s Office acted on information received from the Celina, Texas Police Department regarding a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Sheriff Russ Authier said that these types of investigations require immediate attention, and this case proves that people of all ages are capable of these types of crimes.
Sergeant Shane Cartwright, Public Information Officer for the Parker County Sheriff’s Office explained that although the Parker County Sheriff’s office received information on 09/29/2026, this case had initiated in July of 2026, when NCMEC received notification from the social media company TikTok, that a user had posted images of child po*******hy onto their platform. The information was first given to the Celina Police Department, as it was initially believed that the culprit was residing in that jurisdiction. It was only after receiving information from the internet provider that Investigators learned the images were being uploaded from Parker County. On 10/01/2026, Investigators executed a search warrant on a Parker County residence, during which time it was revealed that the person responsible for the uploads was a sixteen (16) year old juvenile. Investigators seized numerous electronic devices from the juvenile suspect. A second and third search warrant were obtained for the devices and the juvenile’s TikTok account. While at the residence investigators interviewed the juvenile suspect, at which time the suspect confessed to taking photographs of a younger juvenile and using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to alter the images, making the subject appear n**e. On 10/08/2026, evidence from the suspect’s electronic devices and TikTok account indicated that the suspect had obtained photographs of at least three other juvenile victims and used an AI application to transform the images into n**e images, also categorized as “Deep Fakes”, before uploading them onto TikTok. Investigators identified all the juvenile victims in this case and notified their families. On 10/08/2026, the suspect was transported to the Parker County Sheriff’s Office for processing before being released to the suspect’s parents, as per state law. The juvenile suspect is being charged with the offenses of Possession of Child Po*******hy, 2nd Degree Felony, Voyeurism/ Child Victim, State Jail Felony, and Possession of Certain Visual Material Depicting a Child, State Jail Felony.
