Happy Respiratory Care Week! 💙 Our respiratory therapists support residents across the full continuum of care at VMP, from everyday respiratory needs to specialized ventilator care in our vent unit. Thank you for helping our residents breathe easier with skill, compassion, and dedication.

What a fabulous afternoon at our Think Pink Luncheon! 💗 Lunch, an inspiring fashion show featuring Act 2 Resale Shop, and an educational presentation on breast cancer awareness. All proceeds were donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Thank you to everyone who came together for this important cause!

Give back to those who served!

Join VMP in supporting the Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative with our Veterans Day Donation Drive, running October 27–November 12. We’re collecting personal care items, cleaning supplies, pet food and supplies, children’s items, winter clothing, and more.

Drop off your donations in the barrels located at all main entrances. Cash donations are also welcome in the SCC office.📍

Any donation can make a difference!

We had a great time connecting with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) yesterday! Michael Domke, Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection, stopped by to share an insightful presentation on AI and Consumer Protection, breaking down what artificial intelligence means for consumers today and what’s really happening behind the scenes.

Thank you to DATCP for visiting us and giving our community the opportunity to learn and engage. We’re grateful for educational sessions like these to help keep our residents informed in a rapidly changing digital world!

A night full of dancing, fall treats, and good company. Our annual Be a Light event was a success! Even with the chilly, rainy weather, our community came together to light up the night and support our food drive. Thank you to everyone who joined us, to our sponsors VITAS Healthcare and Allay Hospice, to our entertainers Brett Gaertner and Jeff Winard & His Band, to the Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds that fueled our night, and to the staff who brought the event to life. 🕯️💜

Our food drive barrels are still open through October 26th, so there’s still time to give! 🥫

Our food drive kicks off Tuesday, October 13th and runs through Monday, October 26th, in conjunction with our Be a Light event. Look for donation barrels at all of our entrances, and all food collected will go to a local food bank.

Admission to Be a Light is simply a donation to the food drive. Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community!
