🎃🍂 A little fall fun, a lot of community spirit, and a great cause!

Our Palm Beach County Community Services Department came together for our annual CSD Fall Festival, celebrating the season with festive costumes, a costume parade, and a potluck lunch!

This year’s celebration was about more than just enjoying the fall festivities. We were proud to bring our team together in support of the United Way Campaign, demonstrating that giving back starts with community, connection, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

From the creative costumes to the delicious dishes shared, our team showed that even the smallest moments of togetherness can make a meaningful impact. ❤️

A special thank you to everyone who participated, contributed, and helped make this celebration a success!

Together, we give. Together, we make a difference.

🗳️ YOUR VOICE. YOUR VOTE. YOUR FUTURE.

Community members gathered on October 27 for the Your Voice. Your Vote. Your Future. Voter Education & Community Town Hall, hosted by Commissioner Barbara King and moderated by Mrs. Marcia Andrews at New South Bay Villas in South Bay.

The town hall provided an opportunity to discuss important issues on the November 3 ballot, including Florida Constitutional Amendments 1, 2 and 3, the Palm Beach County School District’s one-mill referendum, and the potential implications of ballot decisions for homeowners, renters, property taxes, education, and local government services.

Representatives from local government, education, and community organizations helped highlight the importance of voter education, election procedures, community resources, and informed civic participation.

Thank you to Commissioner Barbara King, moderator Mrs. Marcia Andrews, and all participating representatives and community members for supporting conversations that help residents make informed decisions and stay engaged in the democratic process.

An informed community is an empowered community. Your voice matters. Your vote matters. Your future matters.

💚 Tuesday Testimonial: Linda Agosto (Senior Centers)

When Linda Agosto started coming to the North County Senior Center, she did not think she would find love. But that's exactly what she found when, during a karaoke party, she met a gentleman who shared her interest in music (she sings, he plays the sax).

Besides love, Linda also found a community where she enjoys using her musical talents to bring joy to others.

Our three County senior centers provide many opportunities for older adults to connect, engage, learn, and thrive.
