Hardwick Well Supply was proud to join Wynne High School’s College & Career Day! We loved sharing what we do and talking with students about the many jobs that make well drilling possible. 💧❤️🇺🇸💙

🎂🎉We also celebrated Tyler Kennedy’s birthday with his mom, Ms. Sherrie—and wrapped up the day with a little cream in the face! 😂

TWO NEW WATERFOWL WELLS—BOTH PUMPING! 🦆💧

Hardwick Well Supply ❤️🇺🇸💙 recently drilled two waterfowl wells—one out in the open and one tucked along the woods. Both are pumping and helping landowners prepare for the season ahead.

As waterfowl migrate south through the Mississippi Flyway, many make their way toward Arkansas. We’re proud to do our part to help keep Arkansas a premier destination for waterfowl.

Whether your well site is wide open or hard to reach, we drill new waterfowl wells and service existing ones. Get yours ready before the birds arrive!

HAPPY NATIONAL FARMERS DAY! ❤️🇺🇸💙

SHARE YOUR FAVORITE PHOTO WITH US! 📸

Today we’re thankful for the farmers who work hard through every season to feed and provide for our communities. From corn, rice, soybeans, cotton and peanuts, every harvest tells a story of dedication and long days.

Here are a few of our favorite harvest pictures. Share yours in the comments—and tell us who or what we’re looking at so we can celebrate, too! ❤️

From all of us at HWS, thank you, farmers!

💦💦EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: ETHAN LAMB 👏 👏

Ethan has been apprenticing in our machine shop since joining Hardwick Well Supply in November 2024. He straightens shafts, rebuilds turbines and packing glands, and pitches in wherever he’s needed.💪

Whether he’s preparing parts and equipment for a new well or helping repair components when our service crews bring in equipment from an existing well, Ethan plays an important role in keeping our teams moving. He helps ensure the right parts are ready to go and precisely machined so our crews can get back out and get the job done.

Many people may not realize how important the machine shop is to keeping service moving efficiently, but we couldn’t do it without the quiet, hardworking men behind the scenes—and Ethan is an important part of that team!

When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him hunting, fishing, watching football, or at church.

And ladies, he’s SINGLE!!!!! 😉

We’re proud to have Ethan on the Hardwick team! ❤️ 🇺🇸 💙

The harvest belongs to God, but He uses faithful, hardworking hands to bring it in. 🌾

Behind every harvest are early mornings, long days, and farmers who keep going—even when the season isn’t easy.

“The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the crops.”
2 Timothy 2:6

This Labor Day, we’re especially thankful for the farmers across Arkansas. Your dedication is seen, and we’re proud to work alongside you.

May God bless the work of your hands. HAPPY LABOR DAY!🇺🇸💧🙏🏻

🔦EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JACOB HUDSON 👏

Jacob Hudson joined Hardwick Well Supply in May 2023, coming to work with us straight out of high school—and he didn’t waste any time jumping in.

Since then, Jacob has worked with both our service and drill crews, learning the business from the ground up. He also attended CDL school and earned his CDL—an accomplishment that allows him to contribute to our company in even more ways.

Jacob and his older brother, Dylan, are the only brothers duo currently working at Hardwick Well Supply, and they share more than just a last name. Both are men of few words, but their strong work ethic speaks for them.

Jacob may be quiet, but his work doesn’t go unnoticed. He is dependable, willing to help, and always ready to do his part. In this business, every job and every person matters. It takes a complete team to keep everything moving, and Jacob has become an invaluable part of ours. We’re proud to have both brothers with us—but today, the spotlight belongs to JACOB!

Jacob was also a huge help during our College and Career Days. Having only recently graduated himself—and being from the area—he could relate to the students and give them a firsthand look at what it’s like to begin building a career right out of high school.

One of these pictures captures something pretty special: Jacob, one of the youngest members of our team, standing alongside Mack Hardwick, the man who started it all. Together, they represent both the future and the foundation of Hardwick Well Supply.

And as you’ll notice in another picture, he cleans up just as well as he works. 😉

Jacob, we appreciate your work ethic and everything you bring to the Hardwick team. We’re proud you chose to begin your career with us, and we look forward to watching you continue to learn and grow!
