Direct from Broadway! The Río Hondo College Dance Program presents an opportunity to study with Hamilton star.💃🕺

Join us for dance auditions to work with Betsy Struxness, an original cast member of Broadway's Hamilton and featured performer in the 10th Anniversary Tony Awards celebration.

Chosen dancers will engage in a week-long intensive, working closely with Ms. Struxness to refine their performance skills, enhance their musicality and artistry, and contribute to the creation of new choreography. The residency will culminate in a performance at the Spring 2027 Río Hondo College Dance Concert: Boundless, April 29, 2027.👯

🌟 Exciting news from Río Hondo College! 🌟

Yesterday, the office of Supervisor Hilda Solis visited our campus to present the Martin Covarrubias and the PRIDE Center with a Commendation scroll! This honor recognizes their dedicated service to our community and the civic pride they’ve shown through countless contributions benefiting all residents of Los Angeles County. 🎉

Additionally, the Board of Trustees and Superintendent/President Moya-Miller, Ph.D. met with our Associated Students of Río Hondo College (ASRHC) for a productive meet and greet. They discussed student needs and explored ways to enhance support for our amazing students. 🤝
