Our Willowick LEGO Club members have been busy building, creating, and bringing their imaginations to life! It’s been amazing to see how creative the kids are with their builds. Each creation is unique and innovative. We have LEGO Clubs at Eastlake, Willoughby Hills, and Willowick. Check out online calendar to times and dates!

A couple of weeks ago at Willowick, Dr. Luka Zibelnik, a Board member of the Slovenian Museum and Archives, which is closely affiliated with the Slovenian National Home in Cleveland, delivered a wonderful program on Cleveland's Slovenian history. Dr. Zibelnik directs the Center for Slovenian Studies at Cleveland State University where he is a lecturer. He is also a lecturer at the University of Ljublijana.

During his program, he explained how the Slovenian population settled in Cleveland's neighborhoods and why the people came. He informed the audience how the Cleveland National Home was established and how the culture of the food and music developed. The audience absolutely enjoyed the discussion as Dr. Zibelnik engaged them in a lively talk about their heritage. Thank you, Dr. Zibelnik!
