The Department: Help Me Grow Early Intervention
Reports to: Director of Early Intervention
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Work Year: 12 months (year-round)
Salary Range: $42,000 - $56,444

Position Information:
The Early Intervention Service Coordinator is responsible for determining eligibility and coordinating services for families and children birth to age 3 with concerns related to potential or existing development delays pers Ohio Revised Code 5123-10, Early Intervention Program.
