🎉 Congratulations to Superintendent Jesse M. Najera! 🎉

We are proud to celebrate Superintendent Najera’s recognition as the recipient of the PBIS Superintendent Impact Award for Region 10!

As Superintendent Najera shared, “Although my name may be on this award, the credit belongs to the people doing this work every day.” 💙

This recognition reflects the dedication of our Silver Valley USD administrators, teachers, classified employees, and support staff who work together to build positive relationships, recognize positive choices, and create safe, supportive classrooms where every student can thrive.

As Superintendent Najera expressed, academic achievement, behavior, and student wellness are all connected. Thank you to our entire Silver Valley family for the daily work you do to help our students feel supported, valued, and ready to learn!

Congratulations, Superintendent Najera, and thank you to all our staff who make possible! 💙
