Just imagine, Avinash is facing charges claiming he threatened the NPA for the Noulle Prosequi certificate. Avinash claimed the NPA declined these to cover up corruption, a statutory right of the people, and that the corruption spilt into the courts. This is nothing different to LT Gen Mkwanazi's claims publicly two years later.
Stand proud young man, you do what people fear even in dreams, unapologetically...
Can Avinash be released already, I'm sure he has an entire list of corrupt individuals from within...
PS. the argument is set for 30th March. The family has advised that Avinash will share he's side with us shortly...

It seems Avinash was seeing much more than us long before as we now see today.
He is accused of alleging Npa is corrupt with SAPS incl Hawks and problems in the Judicial system. Not forgetting the allegations of swearing Shamilla Batohi.
Now, R60 billion class action against banks for unlawful repossessions 🧐 he did mention more in the videos before.
Gauteng High Court to rule on class action lawsuit against banks over unfair property repossessions Homeowners in South Africa are taking legal action against major banks, claiming R60 billion in damages for unfair property repossessions. The Gauteng High Court is set to hear the class action certification later this month.

Have you read the facts?
no arresting officer testified on the legality of the arrest deeming the arrest & detention unlawful.
Khuzwayo whom Avinash called fake, says the threat is because he opened criminal charges against her. Imagine, a whole acting High Court judge with this mentality.
It is no wonder Avinash called her to be a fake, an advocate and not a High Court Judge.
see the corruption unfold? This is not going to end well for the NPA.
Everybody cries for Peace,
but Nobody is crying for Justice 🤔

“The Truth Before the Court: Avinash Ramkistan's Section 174 Application for Freedom”
The public page now contains Avinash Ramkistan’s latest Section 174 application, as officially filed in court. This document sets out, in detail and under oath, the full sequence of events relating to his arrest, detention, and continued incarceration.
The application places on record material contradictions, procedural irregularities, and serious questions of legality surrounding the conduct of the investigation and prosecution. These issues are supported by direct references to court evidence and the State’s own record.
This document is published unchanged and as filed, in the interests of public transparency, accountability, and historical record. Members of the public are encouraged to read the document itself and draw their own conclusions based on the evidence placed before the court.
When the State Closes Its Case, the Truth Must Be Heard.

Update:
Court and Trial Irregularities Exposed
Avinash has shared a major development in his ongoing legal battle. According to recent court transcripts, there are critical contradictions between what was said during his bail proceedings and what was later presented at trial.
The investigating officer and prosecutor denied under oath ever interviewing Avinash in prison or conducting a search of his home. However, the official bail hearing transcripts confirm that they did conduct these actions, directly contradicting their sworn testimony.
Avinash’s home was reportedly ransacked and destroyed, causing an estimated R1.1 million in damage to property valued at over R6 million.
In addition, the state has now confirmed that it will not be calling its arresting officer. In a year and a half, there has never been a police official who has advised the court on the reason for Avinash’s arrest and continued detention. This confirms that his arrest and detention were unlawful, and that his release is imminent and fully justified.
These inconsistencies raise serious concerns about perjury, evidence tampering, and possible corruption within the handling of his case. Avinash continues to fight to have the truth exposed and justice restored.
He urges that the public, media, and oversight bodies look closely at this case, as it highlights broader issues of accountability and integrity within the justice system.
Stand for truth. Stand for justice.

Another article, another attempt to discredit a man who has spent years fighting for justice, transparency, and accountability.
Today’s Post piece throws around words like “volatile” and “intimidation” all designed to distract the public from what Avinash Ramkistan actually stands for.
Let’s be clear:
Avinash is fighting for the rights of ordinary South Africans who’ve been mistreated by powerful institutions from unlawful home repossessions to financial exploitation.
He’s been standing up against corruption in the justice system, asking questions that many are too afraid to ask.
He’s pushed back against abuse of power by prosecutors, magistrates, and police who act outside of the law and he’s demanded accountability, not just for himself, but for all of us.
And he’s doing it from behind bars, in a system that wants him silent.
Instead of telling this story, The Post Newspaper continues its biased campaign - sensationalizing one-sided courtroom moments, ignoring the broader fight for justice, and conveniently leaving out the core message behind the Justice for Avinash Ramkistan movement.
This isn’t journalism. This is damage control for those who feel threatened by the truth he represents.
Let’s not be fooled. Let’s not be manipulated.
Avinash Ramkistan is not the problem!
He’s a voice for the voiceless, a target because he dared to challenge the system, and a symbol of what it means to keep fighting when the world turns its back.
We see through the spin. And we will continue to rise, louder and stronger.
Justice for Avinash Ramkistan is justice for the people.
