🪗 THREE-PART HARMONY. HOME-EMBROIDERED SUITS. AN ACCORDION NOBODY ASKED FOR. 🪗

Brisbane folk trio The Inadequates are coming to Woodville Town Hall!

🎶 The Inadequates
📅 Tuesday 8th December 2026

For eight years, this trio has been turning acoustic music into something closer to theatre, playing mandolin, accordion and acoustic guitar with the volume and abandon of a rock band. Their travels have taken them to the National Folk Festival, Gympie Music Muster and beyond, and now they’re bringing their debut album, Haven’t You Heard?, to Adelaide.

Expect close harmony that shifts from a whisper to a full-throated roar in a single bar, love songs told from unsettling angles, drunken waltzes, sharp-elbowed satire and the kind of between-song banter that explains the band name better than any biography can. 😄

Perfect for folk fans, lovers of live storytelling, or anyone after a night that’s a little bit different.
