The Staying in Place program is a heart-led, community-based approach that helps older people across Western Australia stay living in their own homes—and in the towns they know and love. Services are coordinated by a trusted local group and overseen by an approved aged care provider, ensuring quality and consistency while keeping things personal and community-driven. Here in Brunswick Junction, the Brunswick Junction Community Resource Centre has proudly partnered with Home Made to bring this unique offering to seniors in Brunswick Junction, Australind, Binningup and beyond.

🧡 Could You or a Loved One Be Eligible? If you're:
• 65 years or older, or
• 50 years or older and identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
…you may be eligible for an Australian Government-funded Home Care Package to support your independence at home. It starts with a simple ACAT assessment to determine the kind of support that would best help you live safely, comfortably, and confidently in your own home. That’s where we come in. Our friendly and knowledgeable Staying in Place Coordinator at the Brunswick Junction CRC is here to walk beside you through the entire process—whether you're just getting started or already partway through your journey.
