Lest we forget.

Merri-bek City Council is committed to maintaining high-quality Aquatic and Leisure facilities. The 50m Outdoor Pool will be closed from Monday 4 May – Thursday 1 October for essential maintenance. This includes draining the pool, removing existing tiles, preparing the pool shell, installing new tiles, and refilling the pool.

This $1.2 million investment forms part of our ongoing commitment to ensure safe, modern and enjoyable aquatic spaces for all residents.

We understand there is never a convenient time to close a pool and apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause. The outdoor 50m pool at Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre will remain open for limited hours during this period.
