Yarran Dheran Nature Reserve is a reserve situated on the southern bank of the Mullum Mullum Creek in the north eastern corner of the City of Whitehorse.

The reserve represents one of the last areas of dry sclerophyll forest in urban Melbourne that we are lucky to have, only 20 km from the CBD. It owes its continued existence to the local community who fought for a tunnel under the tollway as an alternative to Eastlink's proposed route through the Mullum Mullum Valley
