💙💛 **Building Connections Through Peer Support at Rylstone Public School!** 💛💙

Our Peer Support Program is underway for Term 4, with our fantastic Stage 3 students taking the lead! 🌟

After completing Peer Support training with Mrs Newham, our senior students are putting their leadership skills into action, supporting younger students and helping to build a positive, inclusive and caring school community.

🤝 Through weekly sessions, students develop important skills in:
✨ Communication and cooperation
✨ Empathy and respect
✨ Friendship and belonging
✨ Confidence and resilience
✨ Leadership and responsibility

Our Stage 3 leaders are learning the value of being positive role models, while younger students benefit from supportive relationships and connections across year groups.

We are incredibly proud of our Stage 3 students for embracing this opportunity and thank Mrs Newham for preparing them for their important role.

At Rylstone Public School, we know that when students support one another, our whole school community grows stronger! 💙💛

You don't need a badge to be a leader!

**Together, we are building a school where everyone achieves success!**
