Member Spotlight: Introducing Ton! 👋🌟

Ton has been a member at Sunshine Leisure Centre for almost 6 years. He first joined to recover from an injury. Then, during the COVID-19 period, fitness became a great way for him to stay active, get out of the house, and focus on his wellbeing. Now, Ton visits the centre 4–5 times a week and continues to work towards his goals of becoming stronger and leaner.

He loves training at Sunshine Leisure Centre because it’s convenient, local, and is welcoming. He also enjoys that the gym has everything he needs available and is less crowded compared to other gyms. Ton’s advice to new members: “Get out, move your body, stay fit and healthy, it’s so important.”

Pads and tampons aren't a luxury. They are essential to health and wellbeing. Victorians should be able to access them whenever and wherever they need to. That’s why the Victorian Government is making free pads and tampons available across the state. 🙌
