For the people asking where the PDA series has gone, it's still here, I've just been hecticly busy and it's the only topic I speak on where anyone actually comments and I have to moderate the discussion so it's labour-intensive work.

I haven't even been posting about book club and get people have been snapping up tickets, particularly for this one where we'll be discussing neurodivergence and friendships.

Was on drop off and installation duties for my sis who commissioned this piece from the_wonky_brush and it reminded me!!!!

Who wants in on our Xmas market stall? If you're a crafty human and you have things to sell, we'd love to have you.

Also, which markets would our amazing supporters want to see us at? And how far or close to Xmas? I'm a last minute girly but maybe you do your Xmas shopping before the crowds so pls give us your input.

I'm making the_wonky_brush post more of her artwork for sale too because we can't just be waiting to snap it up whenever I impulsively decide it's market time 😅

*THE* workshop is on my website if you want me to break down all the research and hormones (based on journal articles) and things that could potentially help. I cannot guarantee miracles AT ALL. And I was never expecting anything to come out of it for me. It was just more a deep dive on PMDD for both clients and clinicians. But then when I was researching I was like HANG ON, I haven't tried THIS combo yet and I was more willing because I had the science and journal articles to contextualise how it would work haha.

This isn't me trying to sell you the workshop though. Although I reckon it's my best work yet! I just wanted to highlight that if you're pattern recognition is quaking because ya girl hasn't spoken about PMDD all year, there's a reason and it's hopeful and joyous and I've been able to achieve so many things I never thought possible (like not being scared of sending it + losing the plot every day of my life).
